At Buttonscarves, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that sale items and specific accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the items are unwashed, unworn, and still in their original packaging with all Buttonscarves labels and tags intact for a successful verification.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items along with the original invoice and ship them to our central distribution center using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our team receives and inspects your package, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
